NEW IMPROVED QUALITY HITLER YOUTH DAGGER!!
Reddick Militaria's Hitler Youth Dagger with Scabbard is a very high quality knife like the original Third Reich period dagger. It features a nickel plated hilt fitted with black checkered plastic grips just like the period examples. The Hitler Youth motto, "Blut Und Ehre" (Blood & Honor), is deeply acod etched on the blade, along with the proofmark of well-known maker, Anton Wingen, Jr. "knight in armour" logo. 9-3/4" in overall length with a 6-1/4" high carbon steel blade, it is by far the finest on the market! Overall length 9-3/4”.

Our Hitler Youth Dagger Scabbard is a perfect reproduction of the steel 3rd Reich period model. Almost indistinguishable from the originals, this scabbard is finished in black enamel with the correct, genuine leather straps and keepers and snap closure.

Very Good Quality

The HJ Knife is high quality. Regarding review complaint it is dull and rusted after sharpening. The knife is shipped unsharpened so that the buyer can choose to sharpen or mot. Regarding rusting: of course the blade rusted if it was not oiled. Carbon steel rusts. Complaining that it rusts is like complaining that water is wet.

In regard to last review

The reason the blade rusted is most certainly a High Carbon steel and that is a good blade! Like 1060 or 1095 steel rusts very easy if you don't oil the blade. Not saying it is that kinda steel but just an example. OIL BLADES TO KEEP RUST AWAY.
