Spanish Cross - Instituted April 14, 1939 by Adolf Hitler, the Spanish Cross was a dual campaign award and decoration for service in the Spanish Civil War, with the "Swords" version for combat duty with the famed Condor Legion. Our museum quality copy is offered in all three grades and is die-struck and vaulted, with separately applied eagles, like the originals Featuring a fine, frosted finish with burnished highlights, it has the correct style broad pin, hinge and catch.

The presentation case is superb quality green leatherette, with silver "LDO" impressed on top, burgundy interior and push-button closure, being made in Germany by the original war-time manufacturer
