US WW2 M1 Carbine 30 Round Mag Pouch, OD Canvas

The US WW2 M1 Carbine 30 Round Mag Pouch from Reddick Militaria is made of heavy cotton OD canvas, with 2 compartments for the mags. Our pouch is exactly like the WWII issue model, fitted with the correct "lift the dot" snap closure. Two web belt loops are sewn on the back and it is marked "US" on the front and "Pocket, Ammunition Magazine 30 Cal, 8465-254-2771" under the flap.

Original U.S. World War II M1 Carbine 30 Round Mag Pouches were designed specifically for the M1 Carbine with the extended 30-round magazine, commonly used by paratroopers, tank crews, and support personnel later in the war. Made from durable OD canvas, the pouch features two compartments, each capable of holding one 30-round .30 caliber magazine.

The pouch flap is secured with snap closures, and the back is equipped with either belt loops or M1910-style wire hooks for attachment to standard issue web belts or gear. Some variants were designed to fit directly on the M1 Carbine stock, particularly those used by airborne troops. Most pouches are marked with “U.S.” on the front and often stamped with the manufacturer and date inside the flap.
