US Legion of Merit Legionnaire Medal

Authorized on 20 July 1942 to all members of the United States Armed Forces and foreign nationals, for exceptionally meritorious conduct and achievement in a key position of responsibility. The Legionnaire grade is the fourth has been generally awarded to field grade officers of foreign/freindly armed forces.
