Japanese Meatball Flag, 2' x 3', Printed Cotton, Double sided

The "Japanese meatball flag" refers to the Japanese national flag (Hinomaru), so-called by Westerners during World War II because of its large red circle in the center, which resembled a "meatball". The term was also used for Japanese military flags and aircraft insignia during that period. 

Reddick Militaria's Japanese "Meatball" flag is screen printed on light weight woven cotton fabric and featuring white canvas binding along the rope edge with extra reinforced stitching along the other three edges.
