High Quality German Cross in Gold - Japanese Production, Old Stock

We have one old stock German Cross in Gold left, which is a high quality reproduction produced in Japan 20 to 25 years ago. This is a very nice piece and, of course, no longer being made today.

We recently found an old sample of this nicely made WWII German Cross in Gold, featuring vaulted, 5-piece construction using 3 rivets for attachment. The basic starburst is silver plate and the second piece is a blackened, oxidized silver finish. The central disc is also frosted silver plate with a red enamel outer ring surrounding the gilt wreath, which has the correct 1941 date at the lower edge. The hard enamel swastika is outlined in contrasting bright silver, making this a fabulous display piece. The pin back is a narrow, flat shape with hinge and hook.
