We provide automated email advise of shipments to customers who provide their email address with their order. IF we have your email address on file, you will receive an email when we invoice and ship your order. This email will tell you:

• Tracking Reference Number(s) - if shipment is by UPS or FedEx.

• Select the first shipping option in the drop-down list, unless you want a special express-type method.
• If your order is over $100, the first selection will be free shipping (U.S. orders).
• If your order is under $100, the first option will show $6 (U.S. orders).
• Otherwise, select another option and you will be charged accordingly.
• Regardless of your selection, we will make the best choice if we feel it will get the shipment to you in the same time or sooner. Example: Your order is over $100, you are in our zone 3 shipping area and you select 3-Day UPS. If our 'standard ground service selection' at $6 is less, we will use this, as everyone within zone 3 receives shipments within 3 days, even without this more expensive option.
• International Shipping Options: While only U.S. Mail options display, our usual shipping method is UPS or FedEx. The displayed option is meant only to provide some online reference - and to be sure you know that the U.S. shipping figures do not apply. All international orders receive an email prior to shipping, confirming shipping and customs fees. You can indicate a specific preference in the 'Special Instructions' section at the end of the order process.
• Minimum Order - Orders outside US: $ 200 ; US orders, no minimum. Note: This minimum DOES apply to Canada and Mexico, sorry.
• Shipping charges shown are estimates based on item weight. Actual packaging may result in differences, but you can use this as a good guideline.
• We normally ship via UPS ground service. Select any type of delivery you wish from the dropdown options display. If you have a problem with UPS, indicate your needs in the "Special Order Instructions" field provided, or call us to discuss your requirements.
• IMPORTANT NOTE: Don't select a shipping method with a $0 amount as this indicates that it is not available to your address. If you believe this to be a mistake, please call us and we will look into it.
