You must be satisfied or we will promptly replace the item or refund your money, less shipping charge. It's as simple as that.

The fastest three ways to order and verify that you get the items you want are to call, use our online store, or fax our order department. Please note that we do close on selected holidays and for a year-end inventory.

>> BACKORDERS

We hate them as much as you do, so we try very hard to maintain adequate stock on all items. Currently, we ship an average of 95% of all items ordered with the initial order, and over 90% of orders themselves are shipped complete.

We work hard to get items in as soon as possible and we ship them out within 24 hours of receipt. You may cancel a backorder at any time.

>> CATALOG REQUESTS

Send $5.00 by mail, or order online , and pay by credit card. If you order a catalog with your first order (online or otherwise), the catalog is free (the price shown online will be credited at the time your order is processed)!

International Catalog Requests: The amount indicated above is the same for International catalog requests - and includes mailing.

>> CHECKS & MONEY ORDERS

We accept personal or business checks and money orders with your orders sent by mail. Checks over $200 may be held up to 5 days for clearance. You must include your phone number with all orders!

>> COD ORDERS

ONLY phone and mail orders qualify for COD terms. Shipping & COD fees are added to all COD orders. All COD's over $200.00 are sent via UPS (Certified Check or Money Order required). You must include your phone number with all orders!

We provide automated email advice of shipments to customers who provide their email address with their order. IF we have your email address on file, you will receive an email when we invoice and ship your order. This email will tell you:

• Order total & COD amount
• Shipping Method
• Items Backordered (if any)
• Tracking Reference Number(s) - if shipment is by UPS or USPS.
• Provide an email link to the Reddick Militaria Tracking Web Page Note that items shipped by other methods will not provide a tracking number, but will provide the other order information.

>> CREDIT CARDS

We do NOT charge your card until your order is ready to ship. You are NEVER charged in advance for items not received.

ONLINE & MAIL: We accept VISA, MasterCard & Discover. Please include your phone number, card number, and expiration date. ON MAIL ORDERS, don't forget your signature on mail order form. Don't forget that you must include your phone number with all orders!

ONLINE ORDER NOTE: If your billing (home) and shipping address are different, you need to indicate which of the addresses (or another) is associated with the credit card. Without this information, your order will be delayed until we can contact you to get it, as it is required by the credit card companies for authorization. There is a field provided for this information where you get to indicate 'special ordering instructions'.

>> DEALER APPLICATIONS

Dealer catalogs and pricing is offered ONLY to those officially engaged in the business of reselling items offered by Reddick Militaria. To protect the integrity of our dealer network, we require that a Dealer Application be completed prior to our sending the dealer catalog and your first order. Minimum initial order is $150.

>> EMAIL ORDER ADVICE

We provide automated email advice of shipments to customers who provide their email address with their order. IF we have your email address on file, you will receive an email when we invoice and ship your order. This email will tell you:

Your selection of a premium shipping method does not guarantee a shipping date!

When you select a premium shipping method, we will do our best to give the order priority. However, it still takes us 24-48 hours to process an order. You are paying for shorter delivery times. Orders placed Monday through Thursday typically ship the next day. Orders placed Friday through Sunday typically ship on Monday. Please plan accordingly when selecting a premium shipping method.

Review Ordered Items / Checkout

  • To review items ordered, select the "Basket Contents" or "Checkout" button/link at anytime.
  • Remove items as needed ("Remove" button next to each item)
  • Adjust quantity of items ordered by changing the "Quantity" field and clicking the "Update" button.
  • Select "Checkout" when satisfied with items ordered.
  • If you have an existing customer account, and you have already "signed-in", you will be shown your account information so that you may confirm it to be correct.
  • If you are not signed-in (logged-in) you will be offered that opportunity before proceeding so that your existing information can be used, saving you time.
  • If you do not have a customer account, you will be offered the opportunity to create one before proceeding -OR- you can elect to proceed without setting up an account.

  • Credit card info is NOT stored.

You don't HAVE to create a customer account to order.

  • Enter information as prompted

Select your Shipping & Payment options

  • Select the first shipping option in the drop-down list, unless you want a special express-type method.
  • If your order is over $150, the first selection will be free shipping (U.S. orders to LOWER 48 STATES).
  • If your order is under $150, the first option will show $8.95 (U.S. orders to LOWER 48 STATES).
  • Otherwise, select another option and you will be charged accordingly.
    Generally speaking, if you are in outside the lower 48 US states, you will be charged for the shipping cost.
  • Regardless of your selection, we will make the best choice if we feel it will get the shipment to you in the same time or sooner. Example: Your order is over $150, you are in our zone 3 shipping area and you select 3-Day UPS. If our 'standard ground service selection' at $8.95 is less, we will use this, as everyone within zone 3 receives shipments within 3 days, even without this more expensive option.
  • Minimum Order - Canadian Orders: $50; ALL other orders outside US: $100; US orders, no minimum. Amounts are in US Dollars.
  • Shipping charges shown are estimates based on item weight. Actual packaging may result in differences, but you can use this as a good guideline.
  • We normally ship via UPS ground service. Select any type of delivery you wish from the options display. If you have a problem with UPS, indicate your needs in the "Special Order Instructions" field provided, or call us to discuss your requirements.

You will receive an email confirmation, acknowledging our receipt of your order. When the order is invoiced, you will receive another email advising of the shipping method, tracking number (if UPS), and your order total.

>> HOLIDAYS • DAYS CLOSED

Please note that our office is closed on the following holidays to give our staff a break and some quality time with their families. We are also closed the last three days of the year to take inventory, but that ain't no break!

>> INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

We ship to ALL countries. Countries not on our approved list for Credit Card Orders must prepay by US Money Order (US Dollars) or Wire Transfer. For details on costs, fees, shipping methods, etc., view our International Orders & Shipping page.

Mimimum Order: Due to the amount of paperwork involved with international shipping:

Minimum Order - Canadian Orders: $50; ALL other orders outside US: $100; US orders, no minimum. Amounts are in US Dollars.

First Time Order from Outside US (including Canada): Due to the amount of online fraud, and our difficulty in any remedy (especially outside the US), all first-time orders are on a PRE-PAID U.S. Money Order or Wire Transfer.

CUSTOMS / IMPORT DUTIES & TAXES
Please contact your local customs officials regarding any import duties and taxes prior to placing your order. We have no knowledge or responsibility for any customs duties or taxes. We are required by law to include a commercial invoice with all shipments and we are not allowed to reduce the dollar value on your invoice or mark your package as a "gift".

EXPORT RESTRICTIONS
You are responsible for knowing what you can or cannot order for delivery to your country. These rules are constantly changing, so there is no way for us to be able to guarantee such information.

If you want to mail or fax us, but do not have an order form, you may view & print an order form online.

>> PRICES SUBJECT TO CHANGE WITHOUT NOTICE

All items will be shipped at their current price. Please let us know when placing your order if you would like notification of any substantial price increases before shipment.

>> RETURN POLICY

  • All items must meet your approval or purchase price (less postage) will be refunded.
  • Return the item(s) in original condition within 15 days.
  • Returns must include a copy of your invoice and a statement of your desire for a prompt refund, credit or replacement.
  • We cannot, however, accept any returns made to our warehouse that arrive COD.
  • After 15 days, returns may be subject to restocking charges.

>> SHIPPING (CHARGES)

US ORDERS - LOWER 48 STATES: We pay postage/shipping on all retail orders over $150 which are prepaid or paid by charge card (MasterCard, Visa, or Discover). Please include $8.95 extra on all orders under $150 for shipping, insurance & handling.

You pay all shipping charges on COD orders.

ALASKA, HAWAII, CANADA, OTHER INTERNATIONAL: All shipping costs paid by customer.

Our standard is UPS Ground, with delivery in 1 to 5 days in the lower 48 states. If you prefer faster shipping, we also offer UPS Overnight, UPS 2-Day Service, and USPS Ground Service at an additional charge. Your phone number must be included with the order.

Depending on your ship-to address, all available shipping options will display.
